About DataRecovery.lk

DataRecovery.lk is a specialist data recovery service operated by Fennix Global (Pvt) Ltd. The service has operated since 2015.

We support customers in Sri Lanka with recovery from hard drives and laptop or desktop storage, SSDs, USB and memory cards, RAID, NAS and SAN systems, Apple/Mac devices, CCTV/DVR/NVR storage, and virtual machines. We also provide password recovery and secure data deletion. For ransomware-related data loss, our service is limited to data recovery; it does not include ransomware decryption or incident response.

Each case depends on the affected device and the circumstances of the data loss. Contact us with the device type, symptoms, and steps already taken so we can discuss the next step.

Customer intake: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM. Extended weekday intake is available until 7:00 PM. The extended weekday period is for customer intake only.

Office visits and device drop-off are by appointment only.
